🔁 Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved under our

Return & Replacement Policy⁠:

The product must be unused

Must be returned in original packaging with tags intact

 

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

If item is damaged/defective:

Shipping cost will be reimbursed as Dakshayaa store credit (with proof)

For other approved reasons:

Customer will bear the return shipping cost

Once we receive and inspect the product, your replacement or Dakshayaa store credit will be processed.
