Normal wear over time is expected. Plating longevity varies based on skin chemistry, sweat, moisture, and usage habits. Damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, sweat, friction, improper storage or heavy daily use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Please follow our care guide to maintain shine and durability:

• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box to avoid scratches.  

• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.  

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each use. Use mild soap and water for deeper cleaning, then dry immediately.  

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products.  

• Remove before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising.  

• Handle delicate real stones with care – avoid excess water or ultrasonic cleaners.  

• Check regularly for loose stones or clasps and get them fixed if needed.
