Our jewellery features premium gold plating, silver polish, or protective coatings. Normal wear over time is expected. Plating longevity varies based on skin chemistry, sweat, moisture, and usage habits. Damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, sweat, friction, improper storage or heavy daily use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Please follow our care guide to maintain shine and durability:

• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box to avoid scratches.  

• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.  

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each use. Use mild soap and water for deeper cleaning, then dry immediately.  

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products.  

• Remove before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising.  

• Handle delicate real stones with care – avoid excess water or ultrasonic cleaners.  

• Check regularly for loose stones or clasps and get them fixed if needed.

• Avoid water or saltwater cleansing for soft or porous stones such as selenite, malachite, or turquoise—they can dissolve or discolor.

• For these delicate stones, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth or cleanse using smudging methods with sage, palo santo, or incense smoke.

• Harder stones like quartz, tiger’s eye, and amethyst can be rinsed briefly with cool running water or soaked in sea salt water overnight (avoid salt water for delicate stones).

• An alternative is to place stones on a bed of dry sea salt for 24 hours for a gentle energy reset (ensure minimal contact for sensitive stones).

Re-charging Your Crystals

• Most stones recharge well under moonlight overnight—this method is safe for all crystals.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading, especially for amethyst, rose quartz, and citrine.

• You can also recharge stones by placing them near clear quartz or selenite clusters, which amplify energy naturally.
